Snowed in! :)

I am enjoying another much needed unexpected day off thanks to the snow! :) Only today I'm alone since my husband had to go into work :( Ridiculous!
I cannot believe how much snow we got here in Texas. We're just not really use to this so it was like the whole city shut down yesterday. Here's the view from my front yard and back yard yesterday morning around 8 AM:

I still got up early yesterday because Philip thought he was going to have to work so when he found out he didn't we stayed in our pjs, sat in our recliners and watched Law & Order SVU re-runs. I looooove this show!

I love Mariska! She is so beautiful!

Afterwards I took a long nap! I love being able to sleep in the middle of the day :) That just never happens, so I'm glad I took advantage of it. When I woke up I caught up on some blogs, completely cleaned house (I'm so proud of myself! Instead of just being lazy all day I was actually pretty productive!), and had a date with my netflix. I don't know what I would do without netflix!!! I finally, finally got to watch Amélie:

I've been wanting to watch this movie forever and a snow day seemed like the perfect opportunity. This magical movie made me long for Europe even more than I have been. I watched it on my lap top with my earphones in while Philip watched TV (he would never watch this with me) and I loved just listening to the French language. And how beautiful is Audrey Tautou and her sweet smile?

Since I couldn't make it to the gym, I did two "Self" work outs in my living room. Again all thanks to netflix instant play! :)

And then my most favourite bit of Tuesday....getting to swoon over my boyfriend Matt Bomer aka Neal Caffrey in a new episode of "White Collar" on USA.

I love him. No I mean I really, really, REALLY love him. Obsessed really. He was on Jimmy Kimmel the other night and was talking about how he was going to be at the Super Bowl this year in Dallas. Two hours away from me!! Man, oh man! I haven't crushed this hard on anyone since James McAvoy!

Last night's episode had him shirtless in one scene and all sweaty in a white tank top in another....sigh. Even though he doesn't have my usual prerequisite of chest hair, for him I will make the one big exception.

SWOON! :) Here's crossing my fingers for another snow day tomorrow! :) I love being cooped up in the house :)
